Abstracted Name Tags

This was my final project for my second-year communication process class. In this class, we had been learning about systems, and we were tasked to show an abstract system through design. I created a visual code that corresponded to the alphabet. This allowed me to create unique visual designs for any word. I used this code to make "name tags", pins for each person in the class with their name in my code. I went through a lot of iterations with this project, and experimented with many different shapes and colours until I eventually settled on the sci-fi-esque shapes end design.
